Parkour, or Free Running is the practice of overcoming obstacles using fluid, efficient and safe movements.
It’s a great way to learn how to move around any space more freely and have lots of fun too!

Not really. Parkour is more of an art of getting over, under and through obstacles with style. Yes you can filp, but the class is primarily focused on the Parkour aspect rather than Flips and tricks.
