Parkour, or Free Running is the practice of overcoming obstacles using fluid, efficient and safe movements. 

It’s a great way to learn how to move around any space more freely and have lots of fun too!

Get ready to roll, jump, slide, run and climb in the brand new S3 Studious gym where we have an amazing choice of equipment to use, such as sprung floor, foam pit, climbing wall and many other obstacles for you to tackle and enjoy!
